Kappa Delta participates in numerous social activities throughout the year that builds for great sisterhood and memories to last a lifetime. We start the year off with swaps and socials with each fraternity on campus. Each swap has a different theme that varies anything from Luaus to Hippies to Tacky Proms and Rednecks. Later in the year we host Date Parties and Semi-Formals where we enjoy finger foods and dance the night away to live bands. As the next semester rolls around we have Grab-A-Date function where you find a date at a moments notice. Finally, we end the year with our annual White Rose Ball that seems to get more and more luxurious every year. This past formal we gathered on party buses and journeyed to Lake Martin where we were served a delicious dinner right on the water. After the feast we celebrated the announcement of our new 2006 sweetheart and jammed out to the popular Velcro Pygmies! Whether it is dressing up in tie-dye at a swap or in an elegant gown at a formal...Kappa Deltas know how to have fun with their sisters.
